NTV Uganda: Ministry of Energy launches a new solar energy initiative

A new effort aimed at providing solar installation to 10,000 households across the country has been launched. Power a home,  a Germany organisation,  the Ministry of Energy and Miss Africa Quin Abenakyo will be at the forefront of the drive. The interventions expect the households to make modest payments of as little as 3000 per week for a duration of a year,  in servicing their 4 bulb kitty. Watch full video
